These prices apply across the Sponsored Vehicle, Pride & Joy and Pride & Joy Private packages. Custom merch terms apply. Any sponsored arrangement, payout pathway, custom pricing or commercial agreement must be confirmed separately in writing.
This package creates a public PUKE Apparel merch sales listing for an approved sponsored vehicle. Supporters, family, friends, crews, sponsors and followers can purchase through PUKE Apparel.
Approved sponsored vehicles are eligible for the PUKE Profit Split Payout Pathway on qualifying merch sales. The package does not include free merch stock unless separately agreed in writing.
You must have permission to use any images, logos or other third-party artwork you supply. PNG or vector files are preferred. PUKE Apparel may decline, remove, resize or adjust unsuitable or poor-quality supplied artwork.
Unless confirmed in writing, PUKE Burnout Garage merch is not official merchandise of any event, venue, promoter, manufacturer, racing body, sponsor, business, team or third-party brand.
For owners, crews, builders, families and supporters who want a public purchase link for their vehicle merch and prefer to share and market that link themselves. PUKE Apparel handles the setup, checkout, orders and production.

The $250 Custom Designer Option applies when the request goes beyond standard setup. PUKE Apparel will provide a private payment link; custom designer work begins after payment. Editable artwork files, templates, source files, print files and commercial resale rights are not included unless separately agreed in writing.
Approved sponsored merch includes a PUKE Apparel social post and one basic Out There Oz share. Wording and format may be adjusted to suit the platform and campaign.

Paid add-ons are separate from merch package pricing. A private payment link will be provided, and paid work begins after payment. PUKE Apparel and Out There Oz manage final wording, timing, platform, format, suitability and category placement. Feature placements may be rotated or extended where suitable. No sales, reach, engagement, followers, event approval, search ranking or other commercial result is guaranteed.
Custom vehicle merch, sponsored vehicle merch, supplied logos, event references, artwork approval, social promotion and profit split opportunities are subject to our Terms of Service.
PUKE Apparel may pause, remove, unpublish, end or change a sponsored merch listing, Pride & Joy listing, private link, social support, category feature placement, promotional post or related campaign where required for legal, operational, approval, payment, reputation, brand, platform or commercial reasons.
Customers may request removal or pausing of their vehicle listing or merch link. Removal does not automatically refund completed design or setup work, paid media work, made-to-order products or orders already in production. This does not remove any rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Any approved sponsored vehicle arrangement, payout pathway, promotional support or listing period must be confirmed separately in writing.
