AI Content Disclosure

At PUKE Apparel, we use a mix of traditional design, designer-led work, artist-led work, and AI-assisted creative processes across parts of our brand.
We use AI as a creative tool to help develop ideas, build campaign visuals, create mockups, present styling concepts, and support some written and visual content. AI helps us move faster, test concepts, and build creative that fits the different ranges across PUKE Apparel.
Where AI may be used, it can include:
- AI-assisted design development
- AI-enhanced campaign imagery
- AI-generated or AI-enhanced model representations
- digital mockups used to show styling, layout, or concept presentation
- selected written or visual content prepared with AI assistance and reviewed by our team
Where appropriate, we may disclose AI use on product pages, campaign materials, website pages, or social content using phrases such as:
AI-assisted. Chaos-approved.
Enhanced by AI. Approved by chaos.
AI wore it first. You wear it better.
These phrases form part of how we communicate selected AI-assisted creative across the brand.
AI is used differently across different ranges, products, and campaigns. Some products or visuals may involve AI-assisted development, while others may be fully designer-led, artist-led, or traditionally produced. Where a design, range, or collaboration is specifically credited to a designer or artist, that will be identified separately.
Where model, mockup, or campaign imagery uses AI-generated or AI-enhanced visual presentation, this is intended to help show design placement, styling, or concept direction. Minor differences in appearance, lighting, print placement, garment drape, or presentation may occur between displayed imagery and the final physical product.
AI-assisted or AI-enhanced creative presentation does not change your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable consumer protections. If a product is faulty, unsafe, materially misdescribed, or not fit for purpose, your rights remain the same.
We review AI-assisted outputs before publication to help ensure they remain on-brand, fit for purpose, and not misleading in a material way.
