What It Is
The PUKE Burnout Garage Sponsored Package creates a public PUKE Apparel merch sales listing for an approved sponsored vehicle.
The merch is made available for customers, supporters, family, friends, crew, sponsors or followers to purchase through PUKE Apparel.
All approved sponsored vehicles are eligible for the PUKE Profit Split Payout Pathway on qualifying merch sales.
This package does not include free merch stock unless separately agreed in writing.
Independent merch notice.
Unless confirmed in writing, PUKE Burnout Garage merch is not official merchandise of any event, venue, promoter, manufacturer, racing body, sponsor, business, team or third-party brand.
Event names, sponsor logos, business logos and third-party artwork may only be used where the customer has the required permission.

Customer must confirm they have permission to use any supplied vehicle images, sponsor logos, business logos, event logos, crew logos or third-party artwork. By supplying or approving those materials, the customer agrees to the customer-supplied material terms in our Terms of Service.
Customer Must Agree With PUKE Apparel On The Final Design Direction Before Production.
PNG Or Vector Files Are Preferred For Logos, Designs Or Any Other Item Required To Complete The Design.
PUKE Apparel May Decline, Remove, Resize Or Adjust Supplied Artwork If It Is Poor Quality, Unsuitable, Legally Risky Or Does Not Fit The Final Design.
The Final Design Must Be Agreed Between PUKE Apparel And The Customer Before Production Begins.

The included setup is for standard AI artwork/design setup.
The $250 Custom Designer Option applies when the customer wants a more involved custom design, major artwork changes, advanced layout work, redraws, special design requests or anything outside the standard setup.
PUKE Apparel will provide a private payment link for the custom design fee.
No custom designer work will begin until that payment has been completed.
Editable artwork files, templates, source files, print files and commercial resale rights are not included unless agreed separately in writing.
Social Add-Ons And Category Features
Social posting, re-shares, videos, premium promotion and category feature placement are managed by PUKE Apparel and Out There Oz where applicable.
PUKE Apparel is happy to field ideas, wording, angles and customer suggestions where possible.
Final approval, wording, timing, format, platform selection, category placement and suitability are determined by PUKE Apparel, in consultation with Out There Oz where applicable.
Category feature placement above the normal product line is limited. If multiple vehicles or merch drops are active at the same time, PUKE Apparel may rotate featured placements as required. Where suitable, PUKE Apparel may extend featured placement at no extra cost.
Social add-ons, re-shares, videos and category features are promotional services only.
No sales, reach, engagement, follower growth, event approval, sponsor approval, media approval, search ranking, advertising result or commercial outcome is guaranteed.

No paid media, video, re-share, premium social push, category feature placement or custom social work will begin until payment has been completed.
Important Listing And Support Terms
Listing, support and removal terms.
PUKE Apparel may pause, remove, unpublish, end or change any sponsored merch listing, Pride & Joy listing, private link, social support, category feature placement, promotional post or related campaign where required for legal, operational, approval, payment, reputation, brand, platform or commercial reasons.
Customers may request removal or pausing of their vehicle listing or merch link. Removal does not automatically refund completed design work, setup work, media work, paid social add-ons, made-to-order products or orders already in production, but it does not remove any rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Any approved sponsored vehicle arrangement, payout pathway, promotional support or listing period must be confirmed separately in writing.
