PUKE Apparel provides custom sticker printing from Canberra using an in-house Roland SP-300 print-and-cut machine. Small runs, one-off projects and larger short runs can be discussed, subject to the artwork, intended use, material availability and current production schedule.
You do not need to arrive with every detail finalised. Send the size, quantity, intended surface, required date and any artwork you have, and we can review what is practical before the job is confirmed.

Full-colour artwork can be printed and many designs can be contour cut around the artwork rather than being limited to a standard square or circle. The right approach depends on the design, finished size, surface and intended use.
Small-Run Sticker Printing
You may not need hundreds or thousands of stickers. A small run can make sense when you are testing a label, preparing for one event, replacing a decal, launching a limited product or producing supporter merchandise for a club or team.
There is no single minimum that suits every job. Quantity, size, shape, artwork and production setup all affect what is practical. Include your approximate quantity when requesting a quote so the project can be assessed properly.
Custom Shapes and Contour-Cut Stickers
Contour cutting follows the outline prepared around your artwork. It can be used to create shapes that match a logo, car illustration, mascot, badge or other graphic instead of leaving every design inside a rectangle.
Very fine points, tiny gaps and highly detailed edges may need to be simplified so the finished shape can be produced cleanly. We will review the artwork and flag any preparation that may be required.
Artwork for Sticker Printing
Print-ready artwork provides the strongest starting point. Vector files such as PDF, EPS or SVG are preferred for logos and text. High-resolution PNG or JPEG files may also be suitable, depending on their quality and the requested print size.
If your artwork is not finished, send the best version you have. A logo, photograph, sketch or rough concept can begin the conversation, but cleaning, redrawing, background removal or layout work may be required before printing.
Vehicle, Window and Equipment Decals
Vehicle, window and equipment projects need a clear brief because the surface, location, finished size and intended use matter. Tell us where the decal will be applied and provide measurements or photographs where useful.
Custom sponsor decals are also part of selected PUKE Garage sponsorship projects. The design, size and quantity depend on the vehicle, sponsorship arrangement and available production capacity.
What Affects Sticker Pricing?
Sticker pricing depends on the finished size, quantity, material, shape, artwork preparation and production requirements. A simple repeat shape is different from a detailed contour-cut design, and a print-ready file is different from artwork that needs rebuilding.
