Material and cutting
White opaque printable vinyl only. Transparent areas in your artwork show the white vinyl underneath. Clear, reflective, metallic, holographic and other specialty vinyl are excluded.
Standard, close-contour and suitable intricate cutting are included, subject to artwork review. Very fine details may need adjustment. There is 15 mm between neighbouring cut outlines in our production layout; this is not a 15 mm border on each sticker. Qualifying jobs have moderate ink coverage and manageable cutting. Full-coverage panels, banners, wraps and commercial signwriting are outside this offer.
Artwork and turnaround
Upload one print-ready artwork file using the required artwork field (maximum 20 MB). Accepted file types are PDF, PNG or EPS only. For text and logos, a vector PDF or EPS is preferred; a high-resolution PNG may be suitable after review. Please tell us the intended use in your order comments. Artwork creation and revisions are quoted separately and require your agreement. We confirm artwork and cutting suitability before production.
Estimated production and handling: 5–7 business days after order confirmation and acceptance of print-ready artwork and any required proof, plus carrier transit. Laminated work includes a 24–48 hour outgassing stage before lamination. If the artwork cannot be supplied as ordered, we will discuss an agreed alternative or cancellation and refund before production. Durability depends on the vinyl, laminate, application surface and intended use; please ask about suitability.
Christmas delivery
Christmas ordering guidance will be updated closer to Christmas using Australia Post’s published lodgement advice, our production schedule, your destination and selected delivery service. Allow production time plus delivery time. Campaign expiry is not a Christmas-arrival guarantee. Orders after the advised cutoff may be dispatched after Christmas; any holiday closures will be shown here.

One-time introductory offer
One qualifying introductory pack per customer during this campaign, across every size and finish. A registered account is required for the offer. We may review account history, previous campaign orders and delivery details to check eligibility; a shared address alone does not establish ineligibility.
If an order does not qualify, we will contact you before production to discuss an agreed applicable price or prompt cancellation and full refund. We will not change your charge without agreement. These terms do not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Need a larger decal or repeat run?
Larger individual stickers, automotive side graphics, bulk quantities and heavy-coverage work can be assessed by custom quote. Qualifying standard sticker production rates are $90 per production metre, or $99 with suitable laminate. These rates do not cover unrestricted full-ink panels or banners; specialist cutting and setup may be quoted separately.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need laminated stickers?
Lamination adds a suitable protective layer. The right finish depends on the material, surface and intended use. Ask us about your application; we do not promise a universal outdoor lifespan.
Are these transparent stickers?
No. We print on white opaque vinyl. Transparent areas in an artwork file reveal the white vinyl beneath.
How close can you cut?
Suitable close-contour and intricate cuts are included after artwork assessment. Tiny gaps and fine points may need simplifying. The 15 mm spacing is between cut outlines on the production layout.
Can I order one large decal?
Yes, subject to a custom quote and machine and material suitability. The 250 mm promotional limit is not an absolute statement of our printing capability.
Will my next order cost $45?
No. The introductory price covers one qualifying pack in this campaign. Reprints and further work use applicable standard or quoted rates.
